Estimator & Project Manager - Environmental Champion

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estimator & Project Manager to join our team at Adler and Allan Group. As an Environmental Champion, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our environmental, energy, and water infrastructure services across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Pre-Project Planning: Undertake thorough site surveys, prepare and submit accurate works quotations, and conduct job engineering to ensure seamless project execution.
- Project Management: Supervise specialist subcontractors, ensure service delivery meets service level agreements, and report any issues promptly.
- Team Leadership: Supervise all Adler and Allan personnel on site, provide a full brief of works, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- RAMS Preparation: Prepare Risk Assessment and Method Statements to a high standard, fully compliant with relevant legislation.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide accurate weekly sales KPIs to management, communicate with customers, and attend face-to-face meetings as required.
- Team Management: Manage teams of Engineers to ensure work is carried out on time and safely.
- Site Audits: Liaise with Service Engineers and subcontractors, conduct site audits, and ensure work is being undertaken to a high standard.
- Variation Management: Oversee and quote any variations, ensuring stringent KPIs are followed and complied with.
- Installation Handover: Ensure installation handover documentation is produced and passed to clients on time.
- Project Progress Reporting: Provide management with a weekly report detailing project progress, operational, and financial aspects.
We are looking for a qualified Electrician with experience in speaking to customers face-to-face. You should be passionate about making a difference to the environment and committed to promoting the success of our division and company.
