About the Role:

The Estimator & Project Manager is a key position within Adler and Allan Group, responsible for undertaking preparatory tasks related to service delivery, including surveys, quotations, and supervision of works teams. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of various contracts involving electrical systems maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough site surveys, prepare and submit accurate works quotations, and perform job engineering.
  • Supervise specialist subcontractors to ensure service delivery meets service level agreements, reporting any issues and contributing to problem resolution.
  • Supervise all Adler and Allan personnel on site, ensuring they are provided with a full brief of works and delivering high-quality service.
  • Prepare RAMS to a high standard, fully compliant with relevant legislation.
  • Provide accurate weekly sales KPIs to the Head of Defence in a timely and efficient manner.

Additional Key Tasks & Accountabilities:

  • Manage teams of Engineers to ensure work is carried out on time and safely.
  • Liaise with Service Engineers and subcontractors, conducting site audits as required to ensure work is being undertaken to a high standard.
  • Oversee and quote any variations.
  • Ensure stringent KPIs are followed and complied with, reporting back to the customer in a timely fashion.
  • Communicate with customers and attend face-to-face meetings as required.
  • Ensure installation handover documentation is produced and passed to clients on time.
  • Provide the Head of Defence with a weekly report detailing project progress, including operational and financial aspects.
