Senior IFA Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IFA Administrator to join our client's firm in the Wokingham area. This is a full-time, office-based position that requires strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities- Client Communication: Effectively deal with client queries and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client communications, including written, oral, and electronic interactions.
- Compliance: Ensure all client-related communications and documentation are in line with company policy and regulatory requirements.
- Financial Planning: Assist Financial Advisors in identifying client objectives, gathering information, and compiling financial reports.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for planning and sourcing solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
- Documentation: Prepare suitability letters, reports, and associated documentation for approval by Financial Advisors.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including new business processing, income matching, and management information.
- Education and Qualifications: Technical knowledge may be validated through internal assessment, and passing probation requires compliance money laundering and basic knowledge tests.
- Key Skills: Understanding of the Financial Planning process, ability to work within defined business processes, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and Experience: Experience in maintaining good working relationships in a financial services environment, ability to assess information, and make comparisons.
