IFA Administration Manager

We are working with Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd to find a highly experienced Administration Team Leader for a well-established IFA firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior administration roles within the Financial Services industry, with experience in managing client accounts and relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and training to new/junior staff joining the practice;
- Process applications accurately and record the required management information;
- Manage client accounts and relationships, providing excellent face-to-face and telephone client interaction skills and ability to build rapport swiftly;
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures;
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve overall efficiency;
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve the firm's administrative operations.
- Senior administration experience of working within an IFA Firm or investment/wealth management environment;
- Experience of client management systems such as Intelligent Office;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
- Experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
- Open to change with a creative approach to problem solving;
