Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our kitchen and customer experience team at our new healthy café at Lords Cricket Ground.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of all food and drink, ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met.
- Lead the front-of-house customer experience, ensuring every visitor has an outstanding experience from arrival to departure.
- Monitor and manage food inventory, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and operate dishwashers and handle deliveries.
- Design menus, both food and drink, and ensure food quality and presentation standards are consistently met.
- Undertake daily food preparation and service, and run daily reports to feed back to the Head of Operations.
Requirements:
- Customer-centric mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team-player qualities, with a focus on quality control, consistency, and exceeding expectations.
- Barista training is essential, and prior kitchen and management experience is preferred.
- Ability to work flexibly across the week, including weekends and evenings.
