Job Title: Specialist Podiatrist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Podiatrist to join our team at Central Cheshire Integrated Care Partnership (CCICP). As a Specialist Podiatrist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Podiatry service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist clinical assessment and treatment to patients with complex foot and ankle conditions.
  • Work autonomously to manage a defined patient caseload, while collaborating with other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Contribute to the delivery of the service in various clinical settings, including community clinics and patients' homes.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, monitoring progress and reviewing interventions to achieve patient goals.
  • Provide accurate and timely written information and reports to referring agents and other agencies, as required.
Requirements:
  • Podiatry professional degree/diploma and HCPC registration.
  • Clinical educator training and degree-level postgraduate education relevant to the specialist area.
  • Membership of a relevant professional body and NHS Information Governance certificate.
  • Ability to lead junior colleagues, communicate effectively, and work under pressure.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to different settings across the trust's geographical footprint.
