Job Title: Vice President Media

AccorCorpo is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President Media to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our global media strategy, driving business growth, and leading a team of experts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Media Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive global media strategy, leveraging insights and data to drive business growth and optimize media spend.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of 10 full-time employees, including 3 direct reports, and provide guidance and support to ensure the success of the team.
  • External Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and optimize media spend.
  • Innovation and Automation: Develop scalable processes and frameworks to drive automation and efficiency in media operational management, and identify new trends and technologies to test and implement.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in media and acquisition, with a proven track record of managing paid marketing channels and driving business growth.
  • Skills: Strong media strategy, planning, and buying skills, with proficiency in measurement and data science, including MMM, GA, and KPIs.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, including matrix team experience and international coordination.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and networking skills, with fluency in English and ideally another EU language.
