About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned commercial leader to develop and execute our top-of-funnel growth strategy, driving user engagement and revenue growth across our global markets. As a key member of our executive team, you'll be responsible for leading the commercial execution of our global top-of-funnel strategy, collaborating with regional teams and CEOs to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive user engagement and revenue growth across our global markets.
  • Lead the commercial execution of our global top-of-funnel strategy, collaborating with regional teams and CEOs to deliver results.
  • Drive the commercial development of new revenue streams, including advertising, sponsorships, upsell, and cross-sell.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful execution of top-of-funnel commercial initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in B2C commercial management, strategy, and business development.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of recruiting, building, and coaching high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to inform commercial decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with senior executives and external partners.
  • Operational experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
