As a Strategic Finance Partner, you will:
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive initiatives aimed at sustainable growth.
- Utilize your financial acumen to analyze various scenarios, forecast potential outcomes, and identify trends that deliver substantial value.
- Provide comprehensive and insightful commercial reporting that informs decision-making aligned with strategic goals.
- Tackle complex business issues and present compelling narratives through performance reporting.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of various business functions to enhance your influence and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification with relevant experience in a similar commercial finance role.
- Proven ability to act as an effective business partner and decision-maker with a strong commercial mindset.
- Experience in sectors such as FMCG, manufacturing, or retail is essential.
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, communication, and presentation, particularly in engaging with senior-level individuals.
- A collaborative approach, capable of working independently and alongside both finance and non-finance teams.
