Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Sellick Partnership. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise and analysis to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and decision-making
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Manage and analyze complex financial data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and deliver high-quality financial reports and presentations to senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
  • Proven experience in a commercial finance role, preferably in the FMCG, manufacturing, and/or retail sectors
  • Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop insights to inform business decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
