Job Title: AD Hoc Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at a leading mental health hospital in Monmouthshire. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with mental illnesses and/or personality disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct patient care, including individual and group sessions, to agreed quality standards.
  • Participate fully in the assessment, planning, and evaluation of care needs.
  • Ensure effective communication of any concerns relating to patient care.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans.
What We Offer:
  • An excellent annual salary of £32,760 - £42,073 per annum, depending on experience.
