Job Title: Charge Nurse - Mental Health Hospital

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team at a leading mental health hospital in Monmouthshire. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for the safe and effective clinical and operational functioning of a defined unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support, guidance, and supervision to staff.
  • Develop and create an environment that supports competent ethical nursing care.
  • Influence work objectives, planning, and organisation.
  • Ability to have a flexible, positive, team-oriented approach is required.
  • Administrative, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of the organisational policies and procedures.

  • Excellent salary of £43,134 - £46,433.
