Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, planning, and evaluation of care needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote mental health and well-being
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a current active NMC Pin
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
