We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Priory Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and supporting their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred care to patients with mental health conditions, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies to promote recovery and well-being.
- Deliver high-quality nursing care, adhering to evidence-based practices and guidelines, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions, effective communication, and a patient-centred approach.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices, and contributing to the development of new initiatives and policies.
