You will be reporting to the Hygiene Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that hygiene team members adhere to strict protocols and guidelines at all times.
  • Identify and report any issues or concerns to the Hygiene Manager in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure a 'right first time' clean.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage and develop hygiene staff to ensure they are proactive and carry out their job roles in a safe and effective manner.
  • Coordinate and control stock issues and generate stock replenishment orders to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hygiene or cleaning services role within a food manufacturing environment.
  • Level 2 Food Safety certification.
  • Knowledge of hygiene practices and protocols.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 6am - 4pm, 45 hours per week.
