About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at The Recruit LAB. as a key member of our Accounts Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with customers to chase overdue debt and maintain a positive relationship
  • Process and allocate customer payments received in the bank and via credit card
  • Maintain the customer base, including credit checks, references, and new accounts
  • Set up and maintain direct debit payment schedules
  • Respond to customer enquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain debtor days within the company target
  • Perform ad-hoc duties within the accounts department as required
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Prior experience as a Credit Controller is essential
  • Proficient in MS packages, including spreadsheets and Excel
  • Xero experience is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal team members
  • Driven and self-motivated individual
