We are partnering with a leading Freight Forwarding organization in search of an experienced Import LCL Clerk to join their team based in Essex.

  • Process invoices and internal files, manage supplier invoices, and maintain accurate financial records for each shipment.
  • Collaborate with shipping lines, hauliers, and depots to arrange collections and deliveries, ensuring smooth logistical execution.
  • Ensure all customer deadlines are met and follow up after deliveries to confirm customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 2-3 years of experience working for a freight forwarder, with a focus on LCL import shipments.
  • Experience using CNS, Destin8, or Multi-freight systems.
  • Competency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel for effective data management and communication.
