Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Spa Host to join our team at art'otel Hoxton. As a Spa Host, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Welcome and Check-in: Greet guests warmly and efficiently check-in and check-out guests, handle bookings, payments, and cancellations.
  • Spa Tours and Services: Provide guests with tours of the spa facilities, explain services and treatments available, and schedule appointments.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Answer phone calls and respond to emails and online inquiries quickly and courteously, address and resolve guest concerns or issues promptly, and escalate to management when necessary.
  • Front-of-House Operations: Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, keep front-of-house materials and supplies well-stocked, and assist with preparing treatment rooms.
  • Product Knowledge and Promotion: Stay up-to-date on spa policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols, and promote and upsell spa services and products to enhance guest experiences.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with spa therapists and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
