Job Title: Delegated Authority Bordereaux Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Delegated Authority Bordereaux Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bordereaux validation process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of risk, premium, and claims bordereaux into BDX for lead and follow binders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the processing of risk, premium, and claims bordereaux into BDX for lead and follow binders.
  • Manage systems and processes to monitor and measure service provision.
  • Act as a key contact and escalation point for any bordereaux-related queries.
  • Work closely with the Data team and internal stakeholders to design, develop, and implement tailor-made reporting solutions for the business.
  • Monitor data quality via dashboards and liaise with the service partner to ensure issues are identified and resolved.
  • Continually seek improvement to management information, ensuring it is accurate and fit for purpose.
