Your Role at Signature

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and enhancing our home. Your problem-solving skills will be essential in addressing maintenance requests, and you will provide guidance on preventative maintenance measures. Key responsibilities include PAT testing of electrical equipment and ensuring that all maintenance records are accurate and up to date.

All tasks will be performed in accordance with health and safety guidelines to minimize risks, and you will complete work efficiently to reduce any inconvenience to residents.

Being a natural problem solver, possessing excellent written and verbal English skills, basic computer proficiency, a CSCS certificate, and a full, clean driving license are advantageous. Training in manual handling, PAT testing, asbestos awareness, first aid, and fire safety, along with an understanding of COSHH regulations, is also beneficial.
