As our Facility Maintenance Technician, you will be the dependable individual we count on to uphold, repair, and enhance our facility. Your analytical skills will be essential in addressing maintenance requests, and you will provide guidance on preventive maintenance strategies and enhancements. You will oversee the testing of electrical appliances and ensure that all maintenance documentation is precise and current.
It is imperative that you perform all tasks in compliance with health and safety regulations to mitigate risks. You will also ensure that work is completed promptly to minimize disruption to residents.
