We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Team Leader to oversee our cleaning operations on a permanent, full-time basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising, organizing, and guiding a team of cleaning staff to ensure a high-quality cleaning service across the designated college campus. Your responsibilities will include monitoring quality and standards, as well as managing the personnel within the campus cleaning team, adhering to established service level agreements, strategies, policies, and procedures. With a focus on innovation and sustainability, you will inspire and motivate the cleaning team to deliver a professional and comprehensive service to all users of the facilities.

Key Requirements:

  • Knowledge of COSHH regulations.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory capacity within an educational setting.
  • Familiarity with cleaning machinery.
  • Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
  • Ability to implement COSHH and task-based risk assessments.
  • Proficient in IT applications.
