Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Strategic HR Support
    • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to senior management and operational teams to ensure the delivery of business goals.

  • Oversee Recruitment Processes
    • Manage the selection and onboarding of new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Conduct Performance Management and Employee Development
    • Develop and implement performance management and employee development initiatives to drive business results.
  • Manage Employee Relations
    • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling, to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure Compliance

Requirements

  • HR Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably within the housing association sector.
  • Education
    • Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures, with a strong focus on compliance and best practices.
    • Proven ability to deliver HR strategies that support business objectives.
    • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
