About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Account Manager to join our team at GS Solutions. As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client accounts and build strong relationships with key stakeholders

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive account growth and expansion
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of IT Services and Transformation space
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
