**Quality & Compliance Engineer/Manager Role**

Quarsh, a B Corp Certified company, is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in the electronics industry. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our environmental monitoring devices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and maintain quality certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and various hazardous area product approvals.
  • Ensure that audits, non-conformances, and equipment calibrations are up to date and progressed.
  • Oversee the development, modification, application, and maintenance of standards for quality operating methods, processes, systems, and procedures.
  • Determine present standards and establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished products.

**Requirements:**

  • HNC or higher in engineering or a related field is required.
  • Auditor-trained CQI-IRCA ISO 9001:2015 or similar certification is necessary.
  • A Level 5 qualification or above in Quality Assurance is required.

**Desirable Skills:**

  • Minimum of 5 years progressive quality experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of manufacturing quality processes and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA).
  • Knowledge of quality management and improvement practices and programs such as Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, TQM, Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO, etc.
  • Knowledge of SAP/ERP is desired.
