Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete training in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist Vertiv Engineers with standard service activities, including load bank and building load test proving, major and minor diesel servicing.
  • Assist Vertiv Engineers with contract maintenance and inspection on a planned basis to Vertiv standards.
  • Assist Vertiv Engineers in fault finding and rectification in both Electrical and Mechanical disciplines.
  • Assist Vertiv Engineers with the installation of temporary generating plant.
  • Assist Vertiv Engineers with the commissioning of generator installations.
  • Assist Vertiv Engineers to identify opportunities for extra works and recommendations.
  • Assist Vertiv Engineers to carry out remedial work to contract customers, either planned repairs or as part of a call-out facility.
  • Comply with all Company Health and Safety Requirements.
  • Ensure that any activity, task, and responsibility required by role in terms of the International Trade Compliance Regulation is managed and performed in full compliance with the Company ITC certification program itself.
