About the Role:

Halecroft Recruitment is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. As an IFA Administrator, you will provide efficient, friendly, and professional administration support to both clients and financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal with ad-hoc queries from financial advisors, clients, and providers
  • Record and maintain tasks via back-office systems
  • Maintain client files and ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Process postal activity, including incoming and outgoing mail
  • Load relevant data onto the CRM database
  • Process Letters of Authority and valuations
  • Liaise with third-party providers and paraplanners
  • Prepare client meeting packs and gather quotes, illustrations, and fact sheets
  • Book client review appointments and manage financial advisors' diaries
  • Print and bind client suitability reports
  • Administer client investment funds and construct client portfolios
  • Update financial advisors and clients on progress of new business cases
  • Maintain client policy data and associated income expectancies
  • Process client withdrawals as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent accuracy skills and attention to detail
  • An excellent team player with an adaptable and flexible approach to work
  • Ability to build and develop effective working relationships at all levels
  • Financial services industry/wealth management experience is essential
  • Experience of working within defined service standards, policies, and procedures
  • Longevity and proven commitment within previous employment is essential

Package:

  • Competitive salary depending on experience
  • Death in Service Cover (4 x Salary)
  • 6% Employer Contribution to Pension
  • PHI Long-term sickness cover (75% of Salary)
  • Holidays: 25 Days + Bank Holidays (Increasing by 1 day per year up to a max of 30 days)
  • Study support for industry-related qualifications

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm (Flexible)
