Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to financial advisers, ensuring efficient processing of client cases.
- Manage client data in the Intelligent Office system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with providers to process new business, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Prepare client files for annual reviews, including obtaining plan valuations.
- Process fund switches on provider platforms.
- Produce client letters as required.
- Assist advisers with administrative tasks, ensuring timely completion of actions.
- Maintain accurate client records, updating information and logging case activity.
- Ensure files and cases remain compliant.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone.
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems.
- Escalate breaches or complaints to the Compliance Manager.
- Proficient in Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Fast and accurate data input skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively with good time management skills.
Candidates should have a good working knowledge of the financial services sector and at least 1 year's experience in a similar role, supporting financial advisers. Experience with Intelligent Office and provider platforms is preferred. The role offers the opportunity to work in a small, friendly team with flexible working hours and a range of benefits, including 25 days' holiday and life insurance.
