NJR Recruitment is partnering with a boutique firm of Independent Financial Planners to find an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team in Altrincham.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to financial advisers, ensuring efficient processing of client cases.
  • Manage client data in the Intelligent Office system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with providers to process new business, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Prepare client files for annual reviews, including obtaining plan valuations.
  • Process fund switches on provider platforms, maintaining accurate records.
  • Produce client letters as required, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Assist advisers with administrative tasks, maintaining organized electronic filing systems.
  • Escalate breaches or complaints to the Compliance Manager, ensuring compliance.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Fast and accurate data input skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, with good time management skills.
About the Role:

Candidates should have a good working knowledge of the financial services sector and at least 1 year's experience in a similar role, supporting financial advisers. Experience with Intelligent Office and provider platforms is preferred. The role offers a small, friendly team environment, with flexible working hours and benefits including 25 days' holiday, life insurance, and a pension scheme.
