Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall project activities for the South West Region, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.
  • Manage a team of project managers, installation teams, and technical teams to achieve customer requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with project support teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project costs, ensuring effective planning and budgeting.
  • Support and develop the skills of project managers and team members to enhance their performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager capacity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong people management skills, including leading objective setting, maintaining training records, and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Analytical skills for data interpretation to assist process improvements.
  • Preferably hold an ALLMI/CPCS Appointed Person qualification or have knowledge of lifting operations, SMSTS, CSCS Black Card.
  • Project Management qualification, such as APM PPQ or equivalent.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
