Position: Care Support Worker (Day Shifts)

Competitive Pay: £12.60 per hour

Average Weekly Hours: 19.25, with potential for extra shifts

Daily Responsibilities:

As a Care Support Worker, your role will involve assisting with personal care and support activities, empowering our service users to make informed decisions while promoting their independence and dignity in accordance with their personalized care plans.

You will collaborate with a dedicated team, fostering strong relationships with both colleagues and service users, engaging in wellbeing initiatives and activities, and helping to create a safe and stimulating atmosphere.

Timely responses to call bells and emergencies will be crucial, as will providing individualized care and maintaining communication with healthcare professionals and community partners as necessary.
