About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dermatology Specialist to join our team at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Dermatology department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to patients with a wide range of inflammatory skin conditions and skin cancers.
  • Contribute to multi-disciplinary teams and participate in the co-ordination of care for patients within our hospitals.
  • Assume a continuous commitment to the care of patients, ensuring adequate arrangements are made for leave and off-duty periods.
  • Promote high professional standards of clinical care for patients, both through direct patient care and by maintaining continuing professional development.

Requirements
  • Full GMC Registration and Licence to Practice.
  • MBBS or equivalent.
  • Wide experience in dermatology.
  • Commitment to attending Clinical Supervisor Training Course within the first 6 months of starting the post.
