About the Role:

Cornwallis Court, part of The Royal Masonic Benevolent Institution Care Co., is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our domestic services team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our housekeeping team to ensure our residents have a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Ensure all housekeeping tasks are completed to a high standard, including laundry and cleaning services
  • Conduct one-to-one reviews and annual appraisals with team members to identify training needs and areas for improvement
  • Manage stock of resources and equipment, ensuring that maintenance routines are adhered to
  • Oversee the laundry service schedule to ensure residents receive the best service and standards

About Us:

Cornwallis Court provides residential care, nursing, and residential dementia support for up to 68 residents. We are part of a large charitable organisation that has been caring for people since 1842. Our in-house Training Manager will guide you through your induction programme, and our learning and development team is dedicated to helping you flourish and advance your career.
