About the Role:
Cornwallis Court, part of The Royal Masonic Benevolent Institution Care Co., is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our domestic services team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our housekeeping team to ensure our residents have a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Ensure all housekeeping tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Manage stock and resources, including laundry and cleaning supplies
- Oversee maintenance routines and ensure all equipment is in good working order
- Conduct one-to-one reviews and annual appraisals with team members
- Identify training needs and ensure team members receive necessary training and development

Cornwallis Court provides residential care, nursing, and residential dementia support for up to 68 residents. We are part of a large charitable organisation with a long history of providing care and support to our residents.
