BPA Transition Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled BPA Transition Manager to join our team at BWD Search & Selection. As a key member of our BPA proposition, you will be responsible for the implementation and success of our Bulk Purchase Annuity business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct data and operational due diligence to ensure a smooth transition process
* Manage scheme on-boarding and scheme trustee/administrator relationships
* Oversee data management and cleansing to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Lead the transition to buy-out, including admin and payroll transition, and reporting
* Manage senior stakeholders and ensure effective communication

Requirements:

* Proven experience in defined benefit pensions administration
* Strong understanding of the DB pensions market, with a focus on bulk purchase annuities and reinsurance
* Excellent calculation and data migration skills
