Job Overview

We are seeking skilled individuals to join our composite assembly production team, dedicated to the development of high-performance composite components for our racing initiatives. The primary responsibilities include the precise tooling, trimming, and bonding of various composite materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture components in strict accordance with engineering specifications
  • Ensure compliance with detailed instruction sheets for all parts
  • Conduct thorough inspections of finished products
  • Trim and assemble carbon fiber elements
  • Participate in the initial assembly of new vehicle components
  • Maintain and service items post-race and testing
  • Prepare components for Non-Destructive Testing evaluations
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings with a solid engineering background
  • Strong practical skills in manufacturing
  • Essential experience in trimming and assembling carbon fiber materials
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Capacity to perform under pressure
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications
