Position Title: Proactive Service Technician

Workplace: Cambridge

Compensation: £28,000 OTE £40,000

Key Responsibilities for Service Technician:

  • Conduct scheduled maintenance on various beverage machines following the manufacturer's guidelines.
  • Work alongside the client's boiler inspector for PSSR Boiler Inspections (facilitation only).
  • Tackle issues with valves and related components, including descaling or replacement to avert faults post-maintenance.
  • Ensure equipment calibration for optimal beverage quality and adherence to client standards.
  • Change water filters based on water hardness analysis.
  • Independently manage spare parts in the service vehicle.
  • Accurately and promptly complete service reports, documenting tasks and spare parts utilized.

Qualifications for Service Technician:

  • Willingness to learn how to operate a multimeter & basic electrical wiring/testing skills.
  • Appreciation for the significance of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and precision.
  • Familiarity with electronics and circuitry would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of beverages (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
