Position Title: Proactive Service Technician
Workplace: Cambridge
Compensation: £28,000 OTE £40,000

This is a thrilling chance to join a leading entity in the production of professional beverage machines as a Service Technician. Due to ongoing expansion, our client aims to enhance their commitment to delivering top-tier service and broaden their technician team. The selected candidates will have the chance to advance as the organization grows, with opportunities aligning with their expertise becoming available.
Key Responsibilities for Service Technician:
- Conduct scheduled maintenance on various beverage machines following the manufacturer's guidelines.
- Work alongside the client's boiler inspector for PSSR Boiler Inspections (facilitation only).
- Tackle issues with valves and related components, including descaling or replacement to avert faults post-maintenance.
- Ensure equipment calibration for optimal beverage quality and adherence to client standards.
- Change water filters based on water hardness analysis.
- Independently manage spare parts in the service vehicle.
- Accurately and promptly complete service reports, documenting tasks and spare parts utilized.
Qualifications for Service Technician:
- Willingness to learn how to operate a multimeter & basic electrical wiring/testing skills.
- Appreciation for the significance of providing exceptional customer service.
- Meticulous attention to detail and precision.
- Familiarity with electronics and circuitry would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of beverages (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
