About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Kick It Out. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the ticketing, hospitality, and premium seating industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase ticket sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including account managers, sales teams, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, as established by management.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a related industry, preferably in ticketing, hospitality, or premium seating.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales software, with experience using tools like Salesforce or Microsoft CRM.
