This role combines the responsibilities of developing new software applications and providing exceptional customer support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

* Develop new Exportmaster software using the Delphi rapid application development toolset.
* Maintain existing Exportmaster application source code.
* Provide fixes and enhancements for customers as well as assisting with new releases.
* Offer front-line support to our customers via phone and email, plus using tools like Teams and Zoom.
* Utilize screen-sharing apps like TeamViewer for remote support and \"hands-on\" diagnosis of problems.
* Test software to ensure it performs to specification.

Requirements:

* Solid experience of development of Windows PC-based business applications using a modern development system. Experience of working with Delphi would be a distinct advantage.
* Personable and able to talk confidently with customers at all levels.
* Listening to the problems and needs of our customers, analysing them and working with other members of our team to provide a solution.
* An understanding of Windows and Windows-based networking infrastructure.
* Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Good organisational and time management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
* A natural technical aptitude with an enquiring mind.
* Able to work on independently without constant supervision, or as part of a team.
