Job Description

Willis Global Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in the London Heathrow area.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the flow of goods and materials within the supply chain, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Process and manage customs declarations, ensuring compliance with UK Customs law and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of shipments, including documentation and online forms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced import/export operations department for a logistics specialist/freight forwarder/courier.
  • Strong knowledge of Customs Declaration Service (CDS) and UK Customs law and procedures.
  • Experience with Cargowise or similar logistics software is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
