Job Title: Site Manager - Mechanical Installations

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our mechanical installation team on a current scheme near Bournemouth. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in mechanical installations and excellent management skills to motivate and direct the site team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a site team to deliver mechanical installation projects
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and direct staff to ensure project completion
  • Ensure high levels of safety and quality on site
  • Control safety, quality, and environmental activities
  • Write and review RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements)
  • Interface with clients to report progress and address concerns
  • Sign off permits for confined space and temporary works
Requirements:
  • HND/BEng in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
  • EUSR Water card
