About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of mechanical installations and ensuring the highest level of safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a site team and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Control safety, quality, and environmental activities to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Write and review RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) documents
  • Interface with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Report progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Sign off permits for confined space and temporary works
Requirements
  • HND/BEng in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
  • EUSR Water card
