Key Responsibilities:


Organize and manage construction sites to ensure work is performed to the highest standards while minimizing risks to personnel, subcontractors, the public, equipment, and materials, all in line with the Site Health and Safety Plan.


Specific Duties Include:

  • Evaluating work tasks, planning necessary resources in alignment with the site schedule to meet deadlines and maintain proper workflow.
  • Making informed assessments based on available information to determine the safest and most cost-effective operational methods.
  • Ensuring all site personnel are equipped with the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and utilizing the correct tools for their tasks.
  • Understanding and enforcing the Company Health and Safety policy, ensuring all employees are aware of its importance.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess a valid CSCS Card and have experience in groundwork. Junior Foreman applicants should have supervisory experience in groundwork projects.

Certifications:
  • SSSTS
  • SMSTS
What We Offer:
  • Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
* 47.5 hours per week

  • Compensation: £23 per hour, based on a self-employed arrangement, with rates dependent on skills and certifications.
  • Overtime compensation at 1.5x standard rate and 2x on Sundays.
