About The Role

The Area Manager is a key leadership position responsible for driving business growth and excellence across a designated region. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Provide inspirational leadership to the team, setting the tone for a positive and productive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Drive area resource and recruitment, and manage performance through individual coaching and development plans.
  • Accountability: Take ownership of team turnover, attrition, and absence, and develop succession plans to ensure continuity.
  • Commercial Planning: Collaborate with Store Managers to develop commercial plans, driving revenue growth and local business development.
  • Operational Excellence: Model and inspire the Store Operations Strategy, ensuring consistently high standards across the area.
  • Customer Focus: Promote outstanding customer service and maintain a deep understanding of local markets and opportunities.
  • Compliance: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure in-store compliance with all applicable processes.
