High-End Residential Concierge

Salary: £14 per hour (circa £32,000 per annum)
About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Night Concierge to join our close-knit team in Mayfair. As a Luxury Property Night Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to high-end clients, ensuring the development is well-managed, safe, clean, and secure.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform duties and provide concierge services in the prescribed manner, as instructed by the Building Manager or Head of Hospitality.
- Inspect internal areas daily and report any defects, security, or health and safety concerns to the Building Manager.
- Set an example for other staff members by being courteous and helpful to all guests and members of the public.
- Manage the reservations inbox and booking enquiries.
- Receive and keep safe registered mail and deliveries for residents.
- Deal with all telephone enquiries and log messages.
- Ensure the development is well-managed, safe, clean, and secure.
- Enter all relevant comments/details in the development log.
- Ensure all incidents or accidents are logged correctly.
- Fully conversant with all emergency procedures and understand the layout of the building and the operation of all equipment.
- Ensure all fire doors are kept closed and fire escapes and exits are clear at all times.
- Adopt and implement procedures as directed by the Management.
- Assist with the annual fire and health and safety risk assessments.
- Supervise any keys which may be held, ensuring they are correctly logged in and out in accordance with agreed procedures.
- Minimum of three to four years' experience as a concierge/receptionist/front of house within property or luxury hotel/hospitality.
- Fluency in Arabic would be advantageous but not essential.
- Well-presented with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm during intense situations.
- Pro-active and ability to work independently.
Night shift pattern: 7pm to 7am, 4 days on, 4 days off.
