Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

A leading building and refurbishment contractor is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The company specializes in high-end residential projects in London and has an impressive pipeline of work.

The Quantity Surveyor will help manage a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments in London. The role is unique as you'd be coming in towards the top as QS / commercial director / ops / right-hand individual for one of the directors.

Some responsibilities include:

  • Cost Reporting
  • Tender and contract documents
  • CVR's
  • Bills of Quants
  • Attend professional and client meetings
  • Assign subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule
  • Mitigate commercial risks

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, ideally in high-end residential or prime property, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. The company offers a collaborative environment, internal progression, and a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000.

Ernest and Florent is a reputable company with a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional standards of work. They have a turnover of £5 million and have recently secured over £14 million worth of work.

This is a hybrid role, with the office based in Central London, but with the option to work from home. The company is looking for a Quantity Surveyor who can drive the business forward and create their own team.
