Daytime Healthcare are working with a leading national care home group to recruit a support worker with care home experience to join their care home in Rochester, Kent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals to engage in daily living activities, including community participation and social interactions.
- Assist with managing personal finances and providing personal care.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment.
- Support individuals with social activities and connections with family and friends.
Requirements:
- Fully flexible for all shifts across a 7-day week.
- Hold a full UK manual driving license and be willing to drive an onsite service vehicle.
- Full-time hours only.
- Experience in supporting individuals with autism and challenging behavior.
