Lead the Way in Our Lounges

We're on the hunt for a talented Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Loungers. As a key member of our management team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our lounges.

What You'll Do
  • Support the management team in maintaining high standards of customer service and quality
  • Lead from the front, setting the pace for your team to deliver excellent results
  • Develop and implement sales-building strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Manage labor forecasts, paperwork, and reporting to ensure smooth operations
  • Recruit and train new team members to maintain a high-performing team
  • Monitor and improve NPS (Net Promoter Score) to ensure customer satisfaction
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and develop your team
  • Strong knowledge of sales building, labor forecasting, and reporting
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
