Associate Health, Safety and CDM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Associate Health, Safety and CDM Consultant to join our team at The Health and Safety Partnership Limited. As a key member of our consultancy, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality health and safety services to our clients across various industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of consultants delivering CDM services, including Principal Designer, Principal Designer Advisor, and Client Advisor.
  • Conduct health and safety audits and investigations, and provide expert advice to clients on health and safety management systems.
  • Develop and implement health and safety strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and mitigate health and safety risks, and provide training and guidance on best practices.
  • Work closely with clients to deliver growth in services and revenue streams, and assist in the implementation of a professional development plan for the Health and Safety Services team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in health and safety management, with a strong understanding of CDM regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of consultants.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and locations.
  • Hold or be working towards CMaPS and CMIOSH or equivalent qualifications.
