Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Worker to join our team in Strood. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support clients with medication management, including prescription collections and reminders
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks for clients, promoting their nutritional well-being
  • Conduct light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying
  • Run errands and perform tasks that support clients' daily living needs
  • Assist clients with mobility, helping them to move around safely and comfortably

Requirements

  • A caring and compassionate attitude, with a strong desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle
  • The right to work in the UK
